When: 6pm EST Tuesdays, Starting 05/12

Duration: 12 weeks

Group Length: 60 minutes

Group Size: 6-10 participants

Location Requirements: Participants MUST reside in either Florida or Oregon

Rest & Resilience Studio is an Art Therapy group for adults living with chronic illness and/or chronic pain. Together, we use conceptual artmaking to explore the lived experience of chronic illness. Taking what’s invisible, misunderstood, or hard to name, and exploring it through color, texture, and form.

Pay Structure

The standard rate is $15 per session.

A limited number of sliding-scale options are available:

  • $5/session — access rate

  • $25/session — supporter rate (helps fund access spots)

You can choose different rates across sessions based on what’s manageable.

Pay in full option:$150 for the full series.

Do I need to be good at art?

Nope! This is art therapy, not an art class. Prompts focus on expression and meaning

What materials do I need?

You can use what you already have. Options may include paper, pencil/pen, markers, collage materials, or any preferred medium. A basic list will be provided.

What if I miss a session?

Missing 1–2 sessions is okay. Each session is designed to be a complete experience, and you’ll be able to rejoin without “catching up.”

Is this a closed group or can people join anytime?

This is a seasonal series with enrollment required.

Is this group therapy?

This is an art therapy group held in a clinical container. It includes guided prompts and supportive processing, with attention to pacing and emotional safety.

Where do participants need to be located?

Participants must be located in Florida or Oregon at the time of telehealth sessions.

How do I know if it’s a good fit?
